Hello Mart Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Hello Mart and the related services used for the services and functionality offered through the application.

Hello Mart LLC owns and operates/provides the service made available through this application. Deliver Technologies FZC develops and/or maintains the application. Deliver Technologies FZC publishes and/or distributes the application on behalf of the service owner/operator .

2. Information collected and how it is used

The categories below describe information that may be accessed, collected or processed by this app and its configured service providers.

We do not use information for a materially different purpose without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, additional notice or consent.

3. Sharing and service providers

Information may be made available to the organizations identified above and to service providers where necessary to operate, secure, support or improve the Service; fulfil user-requested transactions; prevent fraud or abuse; or comply with applicable law.

Third parties that process user data for this Service are expected to protect that data to the same or an equivalent standard required by this policy and applicable platform rules.

4. Security

Reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect personal and sensitive information. These may include access controls, authentication, encrypted network transport where supported, logging, monitoring and measures designed to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Retention and deletion

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy and for legitimate legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution requirements.

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting or legal/regulatory obligations. Any retained information is limited to those purposes and is deleted or anonymized when the applicable retention need ends.

For privacy enquiries, requests to delete data, or requests to exercise other applicable privacy rights: use the support or privacy-contact mechanism provided within the Service or in its app-store listing.

6. Consent and user choices

Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent through the applicable app or device setting, or through the privacy request mechanism described above. You can also manage operating-system permissions from your device settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Where applicable law provides rights of access, correction, restriction, portability, objection or deletion, requests may be submitted using the same privacy request mechanism. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

7. Children's privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13 unless the specific application and its store disclosures state otherwise. If a higher minimum age applies under local law, that higher age applies.

If information from a child has been collected contrary to applicable law or the stated age restriction, appropriate steps will be taken to delete it.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated when the Service, its service providers, data practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel where required.
